Development of the Structure of Preschool Education Center Operated under the Local Administration in the Upper North Area

Abstract

  The purposes of this dissertation aimed to, firstly, investigate the current and required situations of the development of the structure of preschool education center operated under by the local administration in the upper north area; secondly, to develop the structure of preschool education centers’ organizational administration operated under the local administration in the upper north area; thirdly, to examine and confirm the structure of preschool education centers’ organizational administration operated under the local administration in the upper north area, as well as to assess the appropriateness and possibilities of the structure of preschool education centers’ organizational administration operated under the local administration in the upper north area. For data collection, research methodology was sorted into four major steps: in the first step, a questionnaire related to the investigation of the current and required situations of the structure of preschool education centers’ organizational administration operated under the local administration in the upper north area was conducted with 338 respondents used as a sample group. In the second step, the development of the structure of preschool education centers’ organizational administration operated under the local administration in the upper north area was outlined. In the third step, a focus group discussion was carried out with 16 education-related experts. In the last step, the possibilities of the structure of preschool education centers’ organizational administration operated under the local administration in the upper north area were also assessed with eight educational specialists.
  The findings of the study revealed that the current and required situations found in the structure of preschool education centers’ organizational administration operated under the local administration in the upper north area were mostly required in terms of the organizational structural management of the preschool education centers, and followed by the organizational chart of preschool education centers with its detailed job description. In addition, the structure of preschool education centers’ organizational administration operated under the local administration in the upper north area was divided into five major parts: in the first part related to the rationale of model of the preschool education centers’ organizational administration; in the second part related to the objectives of the structure; in the third part related to the main points of the structure; in the fourth part related to the guidelines of the structure, and in the last part related to its terms of condition of the structure. Also, the appropriateness and possibilities found in the structure of preschool education centers were mostly agreed in terms of examining and confirming the structure of preschool education centers’ organizational administration operated under the local administration in the upper north area.
