The Tricks of Buddha’s Method of Leadership on the Administration in Buddhism

Abstract

   The article entitled “The Tricks of Buddha’s Method of Leadership on the Administration in Buddhism” consisted of three objectives: 1) to study the leadership of the West; 2) to find out the application of Buddhist principles of leadership; and 3) to gather the administration tricks for the leader in Buddhism. The results were found that the organization leadership for management: The leaders should adhere the principles, following Buddhist doctrines, such as 1) Virtues of The king, 2) Duties of a universal king, 3) Sovereignty, 4) Royal acts of doing favors, 5) Making for group integration, 6) Holy abiding, 7) Preconception, 8) Path of accomplishment, 9) Dharmma power, 10) Qualities of a good man, 11) Things leading never to decline but only to prosperity, 12) Qualities of a good friend, 13) States of conciliation, 14) Noble Treasures, 15) Completeness, 16) Virtues of rich man, 17) Morality, 18) Fairly, 19) Virtues which should be established in the mind, 20) Patience and Modesty. Because the leader plays a significant role in proving a goodness or damage caused to the country or any community and to followers and the leader can lead to worsening or progressive. If a leader has explicit knowledge in tradition, various laws, has justice without prejudice, working with transparency and with sincere to follower, subordinate, the leader do not crazy his power, do not encroach the subordinate or follower, who has been got any vexation. For management, take agencies, organization, community or government agencies should not have any defective, then. It would be called a leader with the knowledge, skills and the leader has good attitudes to followers or to the organization which would not have led to losses for the better. The administration tricks for the leader in the Buddhism compose of three aspects: 1) external feature is a graceful shape, reverend faith throughout the strength and good health with perseverance; 2) features inside is knowledge, visionary, works skills and relationship; and 3) distinction from others, this distinction will be made subordinate to a sacred trust the most sincere obedience.
