The Management Model to Support the Classroom Research Conducting for Primary School in Nan Primary Education of Service Area Office 2

Abstract

   The purpose of this study was to develop a management model to support the classroom research conducting for primary schools in Nan primary education of service area office II. The procedures of research composed of three main steps as follows. 1. Study of operation problems and needs for support the classroom research conducting for primary schools in Nan primary education of service area office II. 2. Study and evaluation of the management model to support the classroom research conducting for primary schools in Nan primary education of service area office II currently. 3. Development of management model to support the classroom research conducting for primary schools in Nan primary education of service area office II, there was three sub steps as follows: 3.1 create management model to support the classroom research conducting for primary schools in Nan primary education of service area office II (Draft); 3.2 check and confirm the management model to support the classroom research conducting for primary schools in Nan primary education of service area office II; and 3.3 present management model to support the classroom research conducting for primary schools in Nan primary education of service area office II region.
   The results were as follows.
   State of operation: Problems and needs for support the classroom research conducting for primary schools in Nan primary education of service area office II were found that.
   - The operation of the management to support the classroom research conducting for primary schools in Nan primary education of service area office II, overall was the low level.
   - Problem management to support the classroom research conducting for primary schools in Nan primary education of service area office II, overall was the high level.
   - Requirement management in order to support the classroom research conducting for primary schools in Nan primary education of service area office II, overall was the highest level.
   The management model to support the classroom research conducting for primary schools in Nan primary education of service area office II currently could be divided into five key aspects: 1) policy and management research in the classroom; 2) development of promoting and supporting research in the classroom; 3) the quality management of research in the classroom; 4) the monitoring and evaluation of research in the classroom; and 5) publishing and use of results in the class research. The overall was the high level.
   The designed model to support the classroom research conducting for primary schools in Nan primary education of service area office II consisted of three parts. Part 1: Introduction.
