Abstract
This research is action research. There are 3 objectives: 1) to study and design The Travel Assistant Application for Wheelchair Users. 2) To develop and study the effectiveness of The Travel Assistant Application for Wheelchair Users. And 3) to assess the satisfaction of users of applications. Population used in the research is 5 specific selected Lecturer in information technology with expertise in web and mobile application development and 30 random selected users of the travel assistant application for wheelchair users as convenient to assess the satisfaction of the application.
The research tools are divided into 2 parts which are 1) The Travel Assistant Application for Wheelchair Users. And 2) tools for data collection consisting of a performance evaluation form for the satisfaction of the travel assistant application for wheelchair users. The researcher collected data and analyzed it by using statistics, mean and standard deviation. The research results are as follows:
The results of data analysis from the opinions of experts on the efficiency of the application in the overall showed that is appropriate at very good level.
