Abstract

The purpose of this study is to 1) A study of The current states of academic administration at the Opportunity Expansion School Under the Nan Elementary Education Service Area Office 2. 2) Develop academic administration model for  improve learning achievement of students in Expanding Opportunities Under the Nan Elementary Education Service Area Office 2. And3) Evaluate the appropriateness of the academic administration model for  improve learning achievement of students in Expanding Opportunities Under the Nan Elementary Education Service Area Office 2. This research is a mixed methods consists of the 1) Quantitative data collection using questionnaires ask opinions of administrators 33 people, head of academic  administration 33 people using the entire population. And 2) Qualitative research using interviews the sample consisted of administrators 3 people, head of academic  administration 3 people and education superviso 3 people by specific selection (purposive sampling). 


            The research results revealed 1) The current states of academic administration at the Opportunity Expansion School Under the Nan Elementary Education Service Area Office 2 is in high level. 2)  Academic administration model for  improve learning achievement of students in Expanding Opportunities Under the Nan Elementary Education Service Area Office 2 in curriculum and curriculum administration consisted 1) Clarification meeting to create understanding of the course preparation. 2) Define goals, mission, and vision. 3) Create an educational institution curriculum. 4) Planning the implementation of the curriculum. 5) Implement the curriculum. 6) Evaluate the use of the curriculum. And 7) Recondition curriculum. The educational institution curriculum must be consistent with the community context, educational service area office, needs of learners and the current world situation.  In development media, innovation and technology consisted 1) Organize training on media production Innovation and Technology. 2) Budget allocation for media production innovation and technology sufficiently. 3) create a media production register  and 4) Have a contest for quality classrooms. Media, innovation, and technology should be the latest, interesting, and readily available, suitable for students and media of all ages. Innovation and technology must cultivate learners' life skills. In supervision, supervision and follow-up consisted 1) Meeting to clarify for all teachers and school personnel to understand their roles and responsibilities. 2) Plan supervision directing and following systematically according to the supervision project within the educational institution. 3) Perform supervision, supervision and regular follow-up at least once per semester and 4) Reflect on supervision results directing and following However, the supervision Supervision and follow-up must be supervised, supervised, and assisted by the educational supervisors of the Office of Educational Service Areas. There are clear supervision tools and schedules and has a variety of supervision characteristics.
