Abstract
This research is quantitative research. The objectives of this research were 1) to analyze the problems of the educational management system in the Science-Based Technology Demonstration Classroom under the supervision of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, Chiang Rai in 4 administrative aspects: academic, budget, personnel management, and general administration. The sample group used in the research was university administrators. course administrator Teachers, mentors, and student care staff were 30 people. Data collection in this research was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze research data were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results of the study found that
1) State and problem of educational management system in science-based technology demonstration classrooms under the supervision of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna, Chiang Rai in 4 administrative aspects. In 4 administrative aspects, it was found that the average overall performance being at the moderate level ( = 3.46). In order of practice from the most to the least was academic administration ( = 3.53), followed by personnel management ( = 3.48). budget management ( = 3.41) and general administration ( = 3.41)
If considering each side of the administration the results are as follows:
1.1 In terms of academic work, it was found that academic administration had the highest average among the top 3, namely coordination in academic development with other educational institutes( = 3.90), educational supervision, academic work and teaching and learning. in a variety of formats ( = 3.80), and measurement, evaluation and transfer of learning outcomes ( = 3.70).
1.2 In terms of budgeting, it was found that budget management had the highest average among the top 3, namely budget request preparation and medium-term expenditure assessment framework presented to Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna ( = 3.70), Examine the budget framework received from the criteria and method of allocation at Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna ( = 3.53), and the preparation of a plan to mobilize educational resources and scholarships ( = 3.46).
1.3 Personnel Management Personnel administration management had the highest average among the top 3, namely, personnel administration with good governance ( = 3.80), training to increase knowledge and skills. Moral attitudes, ethics ( = 3.80), and being honored with stability and professional advancement ( = 3.63).
1.4 General administration General administrative management had the highest average among the top 3. Coordination with educational networks to seek cooperation. To promote and support education ( = 3.73), prepare minutes of meetings and notify relevant people about the resolutions of the meeting ( = 3.60), and set goals, outputs, indicators in personnel performance ( = 3.60)
