Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the nutritional status of Mae Pao sub-district community. Phaya Mengrai District Chiang Rai To enhance the nutritional status of Mae Pao sub-district community Phaya Mengrai District Chiang Rai and to raise food safety standards at the household and community levels in Mae Pao Subdistrict Phaya Mengrai District Chiang Rai The population used in this study was the elderly in Mae Pao sub-district community. Studied at Mae Pao Subdistrict Elderly School Phaya Mengrai District There were 53 people in Chiang Rai Province. The instruments used in this research were interview form, nutritional status assessment form and observation form. Data were analyzed using frequency and percentage statistics. Average and standard deviation and content data using descriptive statistics. including the practice of promoting nutritional status for the elderly There were 5 bases of nutritional assessment before and after activities.


              The study found that 1) nutritional status of Mae Pao sub-district community Most of the population is female, 64.15%, age 65-69 years, 30.19 percent, marital status, 60.37%, primary education 69.92%, height 151-160 centimeters, 56.60 percent, weight 51-60 kilograms, 45.28 percent, female cycles Waist 61-70 centimeters, 38.24 percent, males had waist circumference 71-80 centimeters, 42.10 percent, body mass index was proportional/normal, 45.28 percent, followed by obesity at 30.19 percent, blood pressure < 140/90 mmHg. 83.01%, congenital disease, hypertension 31.58 percent, followed by no congenital disease 15.79%, lipid disease 14.47%, diabetes 7.89%. Factors affecting nutritional status and health, diet, eating behavior were in moderate fitness Exercise behavior was at a good level, spirituality and spiritual behavior were at a good level. 2) Strengthening the nutritional status of Mae Pao Sub-District community People's satisfaction was at a very good level. accounted for 99.57% and 3) the improvement of food safety standards at the household and community level in Mae Pao sub-district.
