Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) To study the problems of student affairs administration in order to develop life skills in the digital age. The sample group is School personnel expand opportunities for the Noen Maprang Network Group under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group is Personnel in the school to expand opportunities in the Noen Maprang Network Group under the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample group is Educational institution administrators: 13 people, teachers: 227 people, total 240 people. 2) to find guidelines for student affairs management to develop life skills in the digital age The sample group is Educational institution administrators, 5 people, teachers, student affairs supervisors, 2 people, educational supervisors, 2 people, totaling 9 people. The instruments used for the research are: interview questionnaire Statistics used in research mean, standard deviation and content analysis


            The results found that Objective No. 1) Problems in student affairs administration in developing life skills in the digital age in all 5 areas. Overall, the problem is at a high level. 2) Guidelines for student affairs management to develop life skills in the digital age found that 1) student affairs Schools should survey student needs and provide opportunities for students to present their own content, emphasizing the participation of students in organizing activities. 2) Discipline/Moral Promotion. Schools should promote good behavior and be a good example. Practice discipline/dress, hairstyle, morality, sacrifice. 3) Care and support system work. Schools should give importance to home visits. and enhance immunity Solve student problems through activities that enhance life skills. 4) Student welfare work Schools should facilitate students in terms of environment. Utilities that are adequate to meet the needs of students and purchasing basic medical supplies for students. 5) In terms of promoting democracy in schools, schools should carry out projects that aim to teach the principles and values ​​of democracy with the King as Head of State. Including the correct rights and duties of citizens.
