Abstract

Abstract


The objectives of this research are: 1. To study the needs and necessity of managing a participatory student organization of the Learning Promotion Center. Under the jurisdiction of the Uttaradit Provincial Learning Promotion Office. 2. To find guidelines for managing the participatory student organization of the Learning Promotion Center. Under the jurisdiction of the Uttaradit Provincial Learning Promotion Office. 3. To evaluate the appropriateness and feasibility according to the guidelines for managing participatory student organizations of the Learning Promotion Center. Under the jurisdiction of the Uttaradit Provincial Promotion Office. It is a mixed methods research. The purposive sample was determined to include 9 directors, 10 civil servant teachers, 81 sub-district NFE heads, 2 NFE teachers, and 9 student organization presidents, totaling 111 people. The tools used in this research were questionnaires and interviews. Analyze data  By finding the average standard deviation and content analysis.


  The results of the research are required to include the necessary requirements for managing an organization. Student survey of the Learning Promotion Center In the Uttaradit Provincial Learning Promotion Office The research required to research receives the most valuable benefits. Second is the continuation of operational importance in implementing and responding to stable needs. Intensive student organization management decisions in 4 operations in the dining area, that is 1) Effective responses explain the performance of those who follow. 2) Conduct inspections, coordinate operations, build cooperation, supervise, follow up, and provide morale that promotes reinforcement. 3) Research results that are Successful outcomes are beneficial to the health and well-being of successful student performers. 4) Participation in evaluation Stakeholders participate in the evaluation according to the evaluation framework. Supervise and monitor operations regularly. Analyze the problem and summarize the results of operations Suitability and feasibility of participatory student organization management approaches The overall picture is at a high level.
