The Study and Development of Well-being among First-Year Students at the Faculty of Psychology, Kasem Bundit University This study is an experimental research with the following objectives: 1) to examine the well-being of first-year students at the Faculty of Psychology, Kasem Bundit University. 2) to develop a group training program aimed at improving student well-being, and 3) to compare students’ well-being before, after, and at a follow-up period after participating in the training program.


The population of this study consisted of 253 first-year psychology students. The sample group included 30 students who scored below the 25th percentile in well-being and volunteered to participate in the experimental group. The instruments used were a well-being questionnaire and the group training program designed to enhance well-being. The results revealed that the students who participated in the well-being development program showed a statistically significant improvement in their well-being scores after the training and at the follow-up stage, at the .05 level.
