Abstract

Teachers and business owners of the Northeastern Vocational Education Institute 1 cover an area of ​​5 provinces: Nong Khai, Udon Thani, Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu and Bueng Kan, numbering 446 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire, with an IOC value between 0.67-100 and the reliability for the entire document was .991. Data were collected using a Google Form questionnaire.
