The guidelines for student affairs administration to prevent of bullying behavior of Puayming school

Abstract
This research aimed to: 1) study the level of bullying behavior among students of Puayming school, Sawankhalok, Sukhothai 2) study the conditions of student affairs administration in order to prevent bullying behavior of students 3) study process for student affairs administration to prevent bullying students’ behavior of Puayming school. This research is mixed methods research. This research separates 2 experimental groups, there are 218 students, 26 teachers, 1 director, 12 committees of basic educational school and 2 academicians of Sukhothai Provincial Education Office. The research instrument consisted of the questionnaires and interviews. The collected data were analyzed by the statistical means of Mean (), Percent (%) and Standard Deviation (S.D.).
The result of this research student affairs administration problems to prevent bullying students’ behavior of Puayming school, students showed bullying behavior in 4 parts. The school appreciate the importance of reducing behavior and looking for solutions. Therefore, the concept of POCCC theory was studied to use it as a process for solving the problem of bullying behavior among students in schools by student affairs administration.
