VISIONARY LEADERSHIP OF THE ADMINISTRATORS WHICH AFFECTED TOWARDS THE EFFECTIVENESS OF BANGTOEY SUB DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY, SAMKHOK DISTRICT, PATHUMTHANI PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the level of visionary leadership of the administrators at the effectiveness level of Bangtoey  Sub district Municipality, Samkhok district, Pathumthani province.  The sample groups used in this study were the personnel, local leaders and local leaaders of Municipality, Samkhok district, Pathumthani Province. The population of this study were 144 people, by studying the data from the total population. The research instruments were the questionnaires with rating scale estimates the 5 levels by Likert Scale (Likert Scale). The researchers collected the questionnaires. Then analyzed the visionary leadership data of the administrators which effectiveness of the Sub district Municipality with the average (Mean) and standard deviation (Standard Deviation), analysis visionary leadership of the administrators which effectiveness of the Sub district Municipality. Using multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis) by Enter method.
