LEADERSHIP AFFECTING TO THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER UNDER LANTAKFA SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, NAKHON CHAI SI DISTRICT,NAKHON PATHOM PROVINCE

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the leadership level of the child development center under Lantakfa Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Nakhon Chai Si district,Nakhon Pathom province

                    Samples were people living in Lantakfa district who were involved and co-developed the Child Development Center. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire.

                  The results revealed that the major respondents were females, having ages between 31-40 years old, and having the background of education under bachelor degree, were employees of private companies and were people in Lantakfa Subdistrict. Leadership of the Child Development Center Lantakfa Subdistrict Administration Organization Nakhon Chaisri District in overall was at a high level. The performance of the Child Development Center of Lantakfa subdistrict, Nakhon Chaisri District in overall was at a high level. Testing the relationship between leadership and the effectiveness of the child development center. Lantakfa Subdistrict Administration Organization Nakhon Chaisri District It has been found that leadership in distance learning has a positive effect on the effectiveness of the child development center. Primary leadership in work affects the effectiveness of the child development center.
