THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERNAL SUPERVISION PROCESS AND THE TEACHING BEHAVIOR OF TEACHERS UNDER EDUCATIONAL

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to study implementation of the internal supervision process of teachers under Educational office Samut Sakhon province 2) to study the teaching behavior of teachers under Educational office Samut Sakhon province 3) to study the relationship between the implementation of the internal supervision process and the teaching behavior of teachers under Educational office Samut Sakhon province.  The population used in this research was 768 teachers in private schools. under Educational office Samut Sakhon province of using the tables comparing the samples of Krejcie and Morgan. The sample size of 260 people was obtained by stratified random sampling. by using school size as a strata and simple random sampling. The tools used for data collection were questionnaires with a confidence value of .984. Data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and pearson's product moment correlation coefficient.

The results of the study found that 1) the implementation of the internal supervision process within private schools under educational office Samut Sakhon province, overall, at a high level When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in every aspect. The averages were arranged in descending order as follows: coordination, planning, supervision. implementation of the supervision plan teacher assistance and evaluation of supervision. 2) Teaching behavior of private school teachers under educational office Samut Sakhon province, overall it's at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in every aspect. The averages were arranged in descending order as follows: Measurement and Evaluation. teaching preparation classroom research organization of learning activities and the use of media and technology.  3) The hypothesis testing results found that the correlation between the implementation of the internal supervision process and the teaching behavior of private school teachers Under the Samut Sakhon Provincial Education Office, it was found that overall, there was a moderately positive correlation. The statistical significance was at the .01 level. Considering the level of correlation of all aspects, it was found that most of the correlation was at a moderate level.
