FACTORS INFLUENCING EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE: A CASE OF FANGGUANG (BEIJING) INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION SERVICE CO., LTD.

The objective of this study were (1) To study the direct influence of perceived organizational support on the performance of employees of Fangguang (Beijing) International Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. (2) To study the direct influence of motivation factors on the performance of employees of Fangguang (Beijing) International Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. and (3) To study the influence of perceived organizational support and motivation factors on the performance of employees of Fangguang (Beijing) International Exhibition Service Co., Ltd. through job satisfaction. The sample use in this study was 360 employees of Fangguang (Beijing) International Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., used the criteria of Hair, Black, Babin and Anderson (2010), convenience sampling. Tool use to correct data was a set of questionnaires. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and use partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) with Adanco program. The result found that motivating factors and perceptions of organizational support had a statistically significant influence on employee performance at the level of .000, and that motivating factors had a positive influence on employee's career satisfaction. Statistically significant at the .000 level.
