Abstract

The objectives of this research were to development of mobile application workplace spirituality for personnel of the office of academic resource and information technology rajamangala university of technology phra nakhon to compare prior knowledge From the use of mobile applications, the workplace spirituality of personnel of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon to study the level of workplace spirituality based on the use of a mobile application workplace spirituality. of personnel of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon The sample consisted of 30 personnel from the Educational Innovation and Technology Development Group using pre-learning, post-learning and workplace spirituality measurements. to collect data Statistics used in data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The results of the study revealed that 1) Mobile Application Workplace Spirituality For personnel of the Office of Resource and Information Technology Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon has media quality which is in a very good level (with an average of 4.71, SD = 0.21) 2) the knowledge score after learning was higher than the before learning score at the statistical significance level of .05 and 3) the workplace spirituality level was the highest with the mean 4.09 and the deviation standard .37
