บทคัดย่อ
โปรแกรมจาโมวีเป็นโปรแกรมวิเคราะห์สถิติที่อนุญาตให้ใช้อย่างเสรี มีขีดความสามารถเช่นเดียวกับโปรแกรมที่มีลิขสิทธิ์และยังมีรูปแบบการใช้งานคล้ายกันอีกด้วย สามารถนำข้อมูลเข้าสู่โปรแกรมโดยการคัดลอกมาวาง หรือเปิดไฟล์นามสกุล .omv หรือ .csv ได้ การวิเคราะห์สถิติทำได้โดยใช้คำสั่ง Analyses (วิเคราะห์) แล้วเลือกตัวแปรไปวางตามข้อกำหนดของการวิเคราะห์สถิติที่เลือก โปรแกรมจะแสดงรูปแบบรายงานตามขั้นตอนที่เลือกวิเคราะห์และการเลือกตัวแปรตามลำดับ โดยไม่ต้องใช้คำสั่งให้วิเคราะห์อีก โปรแกรมจาโมวี เดสค์ทอป สำหรับระบบปฏิบัติการวินโดวส์ ทำงานบนระบบปฏิบัติการ 64 บิตเท่านั้น นอกจากนี้ยังสามารถใช้โปรแกรมจาโมวีบนคราวด์ (Clound) โดยให้ใช้คราวละ 45 นาที และเว้นว่างไม่เกิน 5 นาที การใช้โปรแกรมจาโมวีสามารถนำไปอ้างอิงในบทความวิจัยซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับของวารสารวิชาการในต่างประเทศ การมีโปรแกรมเปิดอนุญาตให้ใช้ฟรีจาโมวีนี้นับเป็นทางเลือกให้สถาบันที่มีกำแพงงบประมาณขวางกั้นได้มีโอกาสใช้โปรแกรมวิเคราะห์สถิติที่มีคุณภาพสร้างผลงานทางวิชาการได้
