Presentation of sports news by online media Case Study of “Exhibition of Thai Sports Direction” by the Senate Sports Commissioner

Abstract

This research aims to 1) find information about people with personal characteristics interested in news about exhibitions and directions for Thai sports. 2) find modern media, such as online media, that allows access to basic information about the actors who follow them. This research is qualitative. Through programming algorithms to allow the online media system to capture phrases printed as “Thai Sports Direction Exhibition” “Thai Sports Direction” by the Senate Sports Committee with a sample group of online media types including Facebook, Website, Web news, YouTube, and X. From the search, it was found that for all 3 periods combined, the type of media that showed the highest number of people following during this period was news from PPTV HD 36, with 3,511,432 Audiences receiving news about exhibitions, directions for Thai sports, and the type of media that people followed exhibition news. The least direction for Thai sports is the website media. The benefit of this research is that it will serve as a model for sports communication. People follow sports news. Facebook is a type of media that broadcasts or communicates sports news. Most followed people Sports organizers should therefore choose to use media first.
