RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN APPLICATION MANAGEMENT AND OUTPATIENT RAMA APP APPLICATION EFFICIENCY, RAMATHIBODI HOSPITAL

Abstract
This research is a quantitative research. The objectives are to (1) to study the management of the Rama App application. (2) to study the relationship between application management and the efficiency of the Rama App, Ramathibodi Hospital. The sample group in this research study is outpatients using the Rama App application at Ramathibodi Hospital, 400 people. Statistics used in the study include mean, standard deviation and the Pearson correlation coefficient.
The results of the research found that (1) the management of the Rama App application was at a high level. (2) the results of the hypothesis testing found that the management of the Rama App application had a relationship in one direction at a moderate level. The Pearson's correlation coefficient is 0.494.
