วารสารศาสตร์เชิงกวีนิพนธ์: ทางเลือกในการรายงานข่าวในศตวรรษที่ 21

บทคัดย่อ
ในยุคที่สังคมเผชิญกับภาวะข้อมูลล้นเกินและการแข่งขันของสื่อดิจิทัล วารสารศาสตร์จำเป็นต้องรับมือกับความท้าทายสำคัญสองประการ ได้แก่ การธำรงความถูกต้องของข้อเท็จจริงควบคู่ไปกับการฟื้นฟูการเล่าเรื่องที่มีมนุษยธรรม การรายงานข่าวแบบดั้งเดิมซึ่งขับเคลื่อนด้วยความรวดเร็ว ความกระชับ และการแข่งขันเพื่อดึงดูดความสนใจของผู้รับสาร มีความเสี่ยงที่จะลดทอนประสบการณ์ของมนุษย์ให้เหลือเพียงข้อมูลเชิงสถิติหรือพาดหัวข่าวที่เน้นความตื่นเต้น ส่งผลให้ข่าวสูญเสียมิติทางอารมณ์ ความหมายทางสังคม และความสามารถในการสร้างความเข้าใจต่อชีวิตของผู้คนที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากเหตุการณ์
บทความวิชาการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสังเคราะห์องค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ วารสารศาสตร์เชิงกวีนิพนธ์ ผ่านการทบทวนวรรณกรรมและการวิเคราะห์เชิงแนวคิด โดยศึกษาพัฒนาการ แนวคิดพื้นฐาน คุณลักษณะ ความแตกต่างจากรูปแบบวารสารศาสตร์อื่น ตลอดจนศักยภาพของวารสารศาสตร์เชิงกวีนิพนธ์ในการสร้างความเข้าใจและความเห็นอกเห็นใจของสาธารณชน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า วารสารศาสตร์เชิงกวีนิพนธ์เป็นรูปแบบการสื่อสารที่ผสมผสานการรายงานข่าวที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงเข้ากับภาษากวีและการเล่าเรื่องเชิงประสบการณ์ เพื่อถ่ายทอดทั้งข้อเท็จจริงและความจริงเชิงมนุษยธรรม โดยไม่ได้ละทิ้งหลักความถูกต้อง ความรับผิดชอบต่อสาธารณะ และจริยธรรมวิชาชีพ หากแต่ขยายบทบาทของวารสารศาสตร์จากการรายงานว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น ไปสู่การทำให้สาธารณชนเข้าใจว่าเหตุการณ์นั้นส่งผลต่อชีวิตของผู้คนอย่างไร อันนำไปสู่การฟื้นคืนมิติทางอารมณ์ ยกระดับเสียงของผู้ที่ถูกกดทับ และส่งเสริมจิตสำนึกพลเมือง
นอกจากนี้ บทความยังเสนอ The Verse Journalism Framework (กรอบแนวคิดของวารสารศาสตร์เชิงกวีนิพนธ์) เพื่ออธิบายองค์ประกอบสำคัญของวารสารศาสตร์เชิงกวีนิพนธ์ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ การตรวจสอบ ประสบการณ์ของมนุษย์ ภาษากวี จริยธรรมวิชาชีพ และการสร้างความเห็นอกเห็นใจของสาธารณะ กรอบแนวคิดดังกล่าวชี้ให้เห็นว่า สิ่งที่ทำให้วารสารศาสตร์เชิงกวีนิพนธ์ยังคงเป็นวารสารศาสตร์ ไม่ใช่รูปแบบของภาษา หากคือการยึดมั่นในกระบวนการตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริง ความรับผิดชอบต่อสาธารณะ และการสื่อสารประสบการณ์ของมนุษย์ผ่านการเล่าเรื่องอย่างมีจริยธรรม บทความจึงเสนอว่า กรอบแนวคิดของวารสารศาสตร์เชิงกวีนิพนธ์สามารถใช้เป็นกรอบแนวคิดสำหรับการศึกษาวิจัย การเรียนการสอน และการพัฒนาการผลิตข่าวในบริบทของวารสารศาสตร์ร่วมสมัย โดยเฉพาะการรายงานประเด็นสาธารณะที่ต้องอาศัยทั้งความถูกต้องของข้อมูลและความเข้าใจต่อประสบการณ์ของมนุษย์
กรอบแนวคิดนี้ยังมีส่วนช่วยเติมเต็มองค์ความรู้ทางทฤษฎีด้านวารสารศาสตร์ โดยบูรณาการการรายงานข่าวที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงเข้ากับการเล่าเรื่องที่ยึดประสบการณ์ของมนุษย์เป็นศูนย์กลางภายใต้กรอบแนวคิดเชิงบูรณาการเดียว อันนำไปสู่การสื่อสารข่าวที่ผสานทั้งความถูกต้องของข้อมูล ความรับผิดชอบทางจริยธรรม และการสร้างความเข้าใจต่อประสบการณ์ของมนุษย์ร่วมกัน
