บทคัดย่อ

การสื่อสารสุขภาพในชุมชนไทยยุคดิจิทัลเผชิญความท้าทายเชิงโครงสร้าง ทั้งจากความหลากหลายของประชากร บริบทกึ่งเมืองกึ่งชนบท และพลวัตของ ระบบนิเวศสื่อที่ส่งผลให้การสื่อสารแบบบนลงล่างไม่สามารถสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลง พฤติกรรมสุขภาพที่ยั่งยืนได้ การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนานวัตกรรมสื่อชุมชนร่วมสมัยสําหรับสร้างอัตลักษณ์สุขภาวะ (2) ประเมินสัมฤทธิผลด้านความรู้  พฤติกรรม และอัตลักษณ์ชุมชน และ (3) สังเคราะห์โมเดลการสื่อสารสุขภาวะชุมชนกึ่งเมืองกึ่งชนบทแบบมีส่วนร่วม (PRHCM) ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ชนิดอธิบายตามลําดับ บูรณาการการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับกระบวนการคิดเชิงออกแบบ พื้นที่ศึกษาคือชุมชนเคหะคลองหก จังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เชิงปริมาณจํานวน 283 คน และกลุ่มข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจํานวน 17 คน เครื่องมือเชิง คุณภาพ ได้แก่ แนวสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกึ่งโครงสร้าง การสนทนากลุ่ม 5 กลุ่ม และแบบบันทึกสังเกตภาคสนาม


ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การพัฒนานวัตกรรมสื่อสุขภาวะแบบพหุช่องทางที่ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมออกแบบและบริหารจัดการ สามารถยกระดับการรับรู้ ความรู้ และพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของประชาชนอย่างมีนัยสําคัญ พร้อมทั้งเสริมสร้าง
อัตลักษณ์ร่วมภายใต้แนวคิด “ตลาดสุขภาวะ” งานวิจัยได้นําเสนอโมเดลการสื่อสารสุขภาวะชุมชนเมืองแบบมีส่วนร่วม ซึ่งเน้นวงจรการมีส่วนร่วม การสะท้อนคิด และการปฏิบัติพร้อมกลไกการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อรองรับความยั่งยืนของการสื่อสารสุขภาพในบริบทชุมชนเมืองไทย
