ประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยของเทศบาล ตำบลกันตวจระมวล อำเภอปราสาท จังหวัดสุรินทร์

Abstract

        Kantuad-ramual Municipal, Sub-district, Prasat District, Surin Province is the closest organization to the people. Therefore, it is very important to take action to prevent and mitigate public disasters from local disasters such as fires, storms, and droughts, etc.  Which these problems need to be cooperated from the government officials and local people in the disaster prevention and mitigation operation to be more efficient and effective. The objectives of this study were to study the efficiency level of performance disaster prevention and mitigation public disaster of Kantuad-ramual Municipal, Sub-district, Prasat District, Surin Province, and to compare studying the effectiveness of performance disaster prevention and mitigation public disaster of Kantuad-ramual Municipal, Sub-district, Prasat District, Surin Province according to personal factors.
         This research is a quantitative research. The population used in this research are the local administrators, municipal officials 276 members of the municipal council, village headman, headman and civil defense volunteers (OOPPR.) of Kantawajaramun Sub-District Municipality, Prasat District, Surin Province, specifying the sample size, using the tables of Crazy and Morgan with 162 people. The study tools were questionnaires. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, standard deviation, and T-tests, and one-way variance analysis.   
          The results of the research showed that the efficiency of performance disaster prevention and mitigation public disaster of Kantuad-ramual Municipal, Sub-district, Prasat District, Surin Province. Most of them were at the moderate level. When considering individually, the aspect with the highest average value was disaster prevention and mitigation public disaster, followed by the succor aspect, disaster victims, recue rescuers aspect and finally maintaining peaceful aspect. The results of comparison of personal characteristics and efficiency of performance disaster prevention and mitigation public disaster of Kantuad-ramual Municipal, Sub-district, Prasat District, Surin Province were found that gender, age, education level, primary occupation, average monthly income of different were effective in the practice of performance disaster prevention and mitigation public disaster were no different. The results of this study can be used as a guideline for the development and improvement of the performance disaster prevention and mitigation public disaster of Kantuad-ramual Municipal, Sub-district, Surin Province to be effective and achieve the goals as specified.
