Digital Leaders: Communication Strategies for Success

Abstract
Leaders in the digital age should use communication strategies for success as follows: 1) Teaching and learning should be developed in the digital age by encouraging teachers to use the Internet more effectively. Teachers should create social media rules to immunize students' care and prepare them for the proper use of social media. The government should develop technology infrastructure and internet networks so that all educational establishments have equal access and should support the budget for internet access operations in cooperation with the private sector; 2) The old and the new generation should adopt the online learning model to develop a collaborative work team and learn digital technology; 3) The readiness to support digital technology should be prepared according to the context to reduce inequality and create opportunities for Thai children to have access to digital technology media; 4) Teachers should be prepared both in production and development to be able to manage teaching and learning in the digital age; 5) In Thailand, the introduction of digital technology to manage educational institutions and to build good relations between schools and parents through digital operating systems such as Line, Facebook, etc. should be promoted; And 6) Digital technology precautions include excessive internet use or unhealthy use of the internet, so digital leaders should build knowledge and understanding of the creative and beneficial use of digital technology both to oneself and others.
