The Successful Teacher Professional Development Principle and models

Abstract
This article presents principles of Effective Professional Development, Models and Types of Teacher Professional Development, and Professional Development Design. There are seven key areas of teacher development, including: 1) Teacher professional development must be a continuous process and take the results of the learner to be the primary focus of development; 2) Teacher professional development must combine several development styles at the same time in different context; And 3) Teacher professional development must be a model that allows teachers to make a high investment in time, resources and participation.
