Abstract
This article presents management by the Balanced Scorecard, its background, significance, meaning and scope of evolution. The development and preparation process of the Balanced Scorecard and the introduction of the Balanced Scorecard to the school. The Balanced Scorecard is a management based on the principle of equilibrium in the academy, comprising the student body, the education management process within the school, Budget and resources Learning and development where all elements are related to each other and in the Balanced Scorecard, there must be flexibility in relation to the context and suitability of the school.
