Development of online building and place management system for Sriyapai school Chumphon province

Abstract

ABSTRACT

             The objectives of this research were to 1) Study the problem conditions and the need for facility management online. The sample group used in the study was representatives of executives. The teacher representative acts as a supervisor. Staff representatives and student representatives who are the heads of the room, a total of 80 people, by choosing a specific sample group. Questionnaire tool which has a confidence value of 0.93 2) Developed an online facility management system of Sriyapai school Chumphon province by 5 experts. and 3) Evaluation of the efficiency of the online facility management system of Sriyapai school Chumphon province by the sample group. It is the same sample group used in the study of problems and requirements of the system. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. Which has a confidence value of 0.92.

                 The results of the research were as follows : 1) Conditions of problems and requirements for the building management system It was found that there were problems and needs for building management in 4 aspects as follows: Building information Evaluation of building utilization Building maintenance and the use of buildings. 2) The results of the development of the online facility management system of Sriyapai school Chumphon province consisted of 5 aspects: ability to work according to needs; the front of the system General use of the program safety and user manual. 3) The results of the assessment of the efficiency of the online facility management system of Sriyapai school Chumphon province, including 6 aspects, were at a high level respectively as follows: Data quality System quality Service quality Net benefits User satisfaction and The intention to use.
