Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study: (1) to study the use of the STD2018 system by teachers (2) to study the use teacher evaluation system (3)to study the relationship of the STD2018 system and the evaluation system of teachers in educational institutions under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission in Sisaket Province. The sample group used in this study was 186 people by stratified random sampling. The instrument used for the research is a five-point-scale questionnaire with the reliability at 0.96. The statistical tool used for data analysis are mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.

The research findings were as follows:

1. Current conditions and problems in using the STD2018 system of teachers for schools under the Office of the Government Vocational Education Commission In Sisaket Province, overall, the results of using the teacher system were implemented at a high level. Recording and editing information is to record the results of study as a record of full scores. , Save and edit the attendance check information, followed by access to the system, which is used in the part of the attendance check. Used in topic information/Course Outline .The least practiced aspect is The information reporting aspect is the printing of the attendance check information report, Print reports on the subjects taught.


2. Using the measurement system the overall data of the 3 aspects of the assessment system showed that the performance results were at a high level, sorted from the highest to the lowest average scores as follows: reporting capabilities Measurement ability and evaluation capabilities.


3. The overall use of the STD2018 system is related to the teacher's assessment system in educational institutions. Under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission, Government In Sisaket Province, a total of 3 aspects are at a low level. in relation to Reporting and low level of measurement but has no relation to the evaluation aspect.
