Abstract
The objectives of this research were to create the strategies of developing the administration of education management to improve the quality of education in the digital era in Phaingampittayakom. The sample group used in the first phase of the research such as, a school administrator, teachers and basic education committees of Phaingampitttayakom School 23 people. The sample group used in the second phase such as, the experts about education who had experiences in providing strategies 9 people. The sample group used in the third phase such as, a school administrator, teachers, basic education committees of Phaingarmpitttayakom School 23 people. The sample group used in the fourth phase such as, 30 stakeholders. The tools used in this research were a document analysis, an observation, a questionnaire, an in-dept interview and a recording of group discussion meeting /a connoisseurship. The statistic used in a quantitative data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and qualitative data by content analysis.
The result showed that:
A study of basic information about the strategies of developing the administration of education management to improve the quality of education in the digital era in Phaingampittayakom School studies from: 1)The concepts, theories, principles from documents, textbooks which related to the research. 2) Studying from the study conditions and developing the administration of education management to improve the quality of education in the digital era in Phaingampittayakom School.3) Studying from a case study of a quality school in management (Best Practice). 4) Studying from an in-dept interview with experts of developing the administration of education management to improve the quality of education in the digital era. The result of creating the strategies of developing the administration of education management to improve the quality of education in the digital era in Phaingampittayakom School consists of 8 strategies. The assessment result of a consistency of the strategies of developing the administration of education management to improve the quality of education in the digital era in Phaingampittayakom School found out that the overall consistency was the most consistent level. The result of an experiment for using strategies of developing the administration of education management to improve the quality of education in the digital era in Phaingampittayakom School overall effective was at a high level. The result of the evaluation of the appropriateness and possibility of the strategies of developing the administration of education management to improve the quality of education in the digital era in Phaingampittayakom School was found that the overall suitability was at the highest level. The result of a satisfaction assessment of a school administrator, teachers, basic education committees of Phaingarmpitttayakom School found out that the overall satisfaction level was at the highest level. The result of developing quality of teachers, students and a school, after the teachers had participated in the strategies of developing the administration of education management to improve the quality of education in the digital era in Phaingampittayakom School found out that the performance results/rewards that occurred with a school, teachers and students increased.
