Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the condition of school guidance administration. 2) to compare opinions on the condition of the school's guidance administration. by location work experience and school size 3) to study the guidelines for the development of the school's guidance administration Under the Sisaket Secondary Education Service Area Office, Yasothon sample group used in this research study. Be a school administrator under the Sisaket Secondary Education Service Area Office, Yasothon, academic year 2021 A total of 83 students and teacher samples were obtained by stratified random sampling. according to school size The total number of teachers who were a sample group of 268 people received a total sample of 351 people. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. T test and the F value test.
