Ethical Leadership of School Administrators : Case Study Dr.Bussarin Nak-aubon the Director of Satun Provincial Private Education Office

Abstract
This qualitative research has the objectives 1) to study ethical leadership, 2) to study the factors that drive ethical leadership, and 3) to study the community's acceptance of Dr. Bussarin's ethical leadership. Dr. Bussarin Nak-aubon, Director of the Satun Provincial Private Education Office. As a role model for educational administrators. Education The key informant is Dr. Bussarin Nak-aubon, Deputy Director of the Educational Service Area Office. Educational institution administrators pensioner Community representatives in the area where the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office is located, Area 3, and personnel of the Satun Provincial Private Education Office. who has worked and interacted with Dr. Bussarin Nak-aubon. The research results found that; Dr. Bussarin Nak-aubon ethical leadership that is used in management is to adhere to the principles of self-control, people control, and work control. As for the factors that drive ethical leadership of Dr. Bussarin Nak-aubon, it was found that there are 7 factors: 1) justice, 2) sharing of power, 3) focusing on caring for personnel, paying attention and providing assistance, 4) guidance. Ethical aspects: 5) caring for sustainability, 6) role clarification, and 7) honesty and the community's acceptance of Dr. Bussarin Nak-aubon ethical leadership in the community is being considerate, friendly, easily approachable, and not arrogant.
