Abstract

Abstract

          The objectives of this article are to 1) study the components of the management strategy for the model elderly club, 2) create the management strategy for the model elderly club, 3) experiment with the management strategy for the model elderly club, 4) to examine the management strategy the Lanna way model elderly club in Chiang Mai Province. It is mixed methods research. The target group is elderly people who are members of 5 model elderly clubs in Chiang Mai province, 30 people each, totaling 150 people. The tools used to collect data include questionnaires, document recording forms, observation forms, interviews and focus group recordings. Data were analyzed using content analysis and writing descriptive narratives. The research results found that

          1. Components of the management strategy of the model elderly club consist of 4 aspects: 1) committee, 2) management, 3) member participation, 4) organizing activities.

1. The management strategy of the model elderly club has the following components: 1) SWOT 2) Vision 3) Mission 4) Objectives 5) Strategy. 4 areas are the committee. Management Member participation and organizing activities


2. The results of using the management strategy of the model elderly club found that there were the following actions: 1) committee aspect, 6 items, 2) management aspect, 11 items, 3) member participation aspect, 5 items, 4) Organizing activities: 5 items.


3. Examination of the management strategy of the Lanna way of life Model Elderly Club found that it was appropriate at a high level.
