Growth Mindset of School Administrators under the Nakhon Pathom Secondary Service Area Office

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the Growth Mindset of School Administrators under the Nakhon Pathom Secondary Service Area Office, and 2) to compare Growth Mindset of School Administrators under the Nakhon Pathom Secondary Service Area Office classified by the levels of education, academic titles, and consortiums. A survey research study was utilized, the study sample consisted of 322 teachers who worked in schools under the Nakhon Pathom Secondary Service Area Office in the academic year 2023. The sample size was defined by using Cohen’ random samples, which were selected by stratified random sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire querying teachers’ opinions about the Growth Mindset of School Administrators. The questionnaire was found to meet the reliability level of 0.968. The statistics used in the data analysis were mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA. The results of the research showed that 1) the growth mindset of school administrators under the Nakhon Pathom Secondary Service Area Office ,overall aspect were at high level. 2)the growth mindset comparison’s levels of school administrators under the Nakhon Pathom Secondary Service Area Office, according to the opinions of government teachers who are teaching in educational institutions classified by the academic titles , levels of education, and consortiums , are summarized as follows: the opinions of government teachers with different academic titles; there are opinions about the growth mindset levels of school administrators were found to be different at a significance level of .05. The opinions of government teachers with different levels of education; There are opinions about the growth mindset levels of school administrators were found to be different at a significance level of .05, with the exception of the opinions about dedication to the job, which were no different, while the opinions of government teachers with different consortiums; there are opinions about the growth mindset levels of school administrators with were found to show no difference.
