Strategy for Managing Educational Institutions in the New Normal Era

Abstract
In this new normal era, school administration is an important matter that is complex and rapidly changing. In order for school to respond appropriately to social and technological changes, school administration strategies in the new normal era focus on listening and improving according to the needs of students and schools. Technology is used to support learning, creating a learning environment that values diversity and the development of learning skills. There is emphasis on monitoring and evaluation to improve and develop schools sustainably in the future. This article presents school management strategies in the new normal era, focusing on the use of appropriate strategies and approaches to enable school to adapt and continue operating in the current world's fluctuating conditions. Especially learning and communication are changing rapidly. Introducing new technology and communication methods into the educational process, emphasizing adaptation to new situations. This can be done by supporting connected and online learning, supporting and developing teacher teams, using communication technology, managing digital resources and learning experiences, and developing digital skills in students and teachers. This is to create quality learning and respond to the needs and current situation of learners.
