A model Research based learning management to enhance thinking skills with critical thinking of students in the field of educational administration

Abstract
This research aims to study the format and effectiveness of a research-based learning management model to enhance critical thinking skills. of students in the field of educational administration who is studying in the 1st year Academic Year 1, Academic Year 2023, subject: Theory and Concepts of Educational Administration, 2 classrooms, 60 students, obtained through purposive selection. Research tools include Critical thinking skills assessment form Academic achievement test which has a consistency index between 0.80-1.00 and an assessment of satisfaction with the use of data analysis formats using averages standard deviation and t-test. The research findings were as follows: 1) The research-based learning management model to enhance critical thinking skills of students in the Educational Administration program consisted of a research-based learning management process called the "PAOR Model" with 4 components: Planning, Acting, Observing, and Reflecting. After implementing the learning management model, students had higher levels of critical thinking skills and academic achievement than before, with a statistically significant difference at the .01 level. 2) For the results of using the research-based learning management model to enhance critical thinking skills of students in the Educational Administration program, students' academic achievement scores before and after the experiment were significantly different at the .01 level, with scores after the experiment higher than before. Students' critical thinking skills before and after the experiment were also significantly different at the .01 level. Overall, students were highly satisfied with the teaching model.
