A Model of Maral School Development OBEC of Primary School in Nakhon Sawan Province According to the Trisikkhã

Abstract
The objectives of this Article were: 1) to study the status of moral schools’ management, OBEC at Primary schools in Nakhon Sawan Province, 2) to make the model of the moral school’s management, OBEC at Primary schools in Nakhon Sawan Province, and 3) to evaluate the model of the moral schools management, OBEC at Primary schools in Nakhon Sawan Province according to the Sikkhàttaya (the Threefold Training). This research applied the Qualitative Research and Quantitative Research having 3 steps: 1) studying the status of moral schools management, OBEC at Primary schools from 18 key informants with the Semi-structured Interviews and the content analysis for the data analysis, 2) making the model of the moral schools management, OBEC at Primary schools from 9 key informants with the focus group discussion and the content analysis for the data analysis, and 3) evaluating the model of the moral schools management, OBEC at Primary schools according to the Sikkhàttaya from 15 key informants with the evaluation forms consisting of 4 dimensions: the evaluation of correctness, appropriateness, practicality and utility. The statistics used frequency and percentage.The research results were as follows:The model of the moral school management, OBEC at Primary schools in Nakhon Sawan Province had 5 models: 1) the sufficiency according to the Sikkhàttaya consisted of the 3 methods of the Sila (morality), the 3 methods of the Samàdhi (concentration), and the 2 methods of Pannà (wisdom), 2) the gratitude according to the Sikkhàttaya consisted of the 2 methods of the Sila, the 1 method of the Samàdhi, and the 1 method of Pannà, 3) the honesty according to the Sikkhàttaya consisted of the 3 methods of the Sila, the 1 method of the Samàdhi, and the 1 method of Pannà, 4) the responsibility according to the Sikkhàttaya consisted of the 2 methods of the Sila, the 1 method of the Samàdhi, and the 2 methods of Pannà, 5) the ideology and virtue according to the Sikkhàttaya consisted of the 2 methods of the Sila, the 2 methods of the Samàdhi, and the 1 method of Pannà,
