The Management of Academic Collaboration for Achieving Excellence

Abstract
The This research aims to study the academic collaboration management process towards excellence, focusing on gathering management approaches and collaborative models in educational institutions in Thailand. This study utilized document analysis of academic papers, research studies, and relevant case studies. The findings revealed that successful academic collaboration management consists of three main components: (1) strategic planning aligned with institutional missions, (2) effective communication and coordination, and (3) continuous monitoring and evaluation systems. Furthermore, effective academic collaboration management requires leadership that fosters participation and the use of information technology to support systematic operations. The study suggests enhancing academic collaboration through clear Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), promoting a knowledge-sharing organizational culture, and establishing continuous collaborative mechanisms. These findings are beneficial for educational administrators, scholars, and practitioners to develop sustainable academic collaboration strategies, leading to academic excellence in Thai educational institutions.
