Development of a School-Based Management Model in the Digital Age to Enhance the Quality of Educational Institutions at Trakun Pratuang Witthayakhom School Under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Sisaket and Yasothon

Abstract
This research and development aims to 1) study the management approach for model development, 2) create and develop the model, 3) test the model, and 4) evaluate the use of the school-based management model in the digital age to develop the quality of educational institutions. Trakunpratuangwittayakhom School, Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Sisaket, Yasothon. The population used in the research was 361 people by specific selection. The tools used for data collection included document analysis forms, interview forms, focus group recording forms, model implementation level assessment forms, and satisfaction questionnaires. Data analysis was performed by content analysis, mean and standard deviation.
The research results found that:
- The school-based management approach in the digital age found that educational institutions should adhere to five key principles: decentralization, participation, self-management, and supportive leadership. As for the management approach based on the concept of using schools as a base, eeducational institutions should encourage personnel to use digital technology in their work, involve the community, develop quality according to educational standards, and conduct continuous meetings both on-site and online.
- The school-based management model in the digital age has five components: concepts, principles, objectives, work systems and mechanisms, operational processes, and conditions for implementing the model. The 4S Model operation process consists of: 1) SWOT Analysis 2) Strategy determination 3) Strategy Implementation 4) Successful evaluation The results of the evaluation of the suitability and feasibility of the model's utilization are at a high level.
- The results of using the school-based management model in the digital age found that the quality of students, teacher quality, and management quality increased in all aspects.
- The results of the evaluation of the school-based management model in the digital age found that the evaluation results in terms of usefulness, feasibility, appropriateness, and accuracy were at the highest level. Satisfaction with the use of the model was at the highest level.
