Strategic leadership development guidelines for educational administrators; a case study of administrators and teachers of international schools under the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Thailand Foundation

Abstract
The research aimed to study strategic leadership of educational administrators, to compare the levels of strategic leadership of educational administrators, and to study the development of strategic leadership of international school administrators. The sample consisted of 269 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a reliability value of 0.931. Data were analyzed using frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance. When statistically significant differences were found, a pairwise difference test was performed using Fisher's LSD method and content analysis.
The research results revealed that:
Strategic leadership of international school administrators under the Seventh-day Adventist Church of Thailand Foundation was at the highest level overall and in each area. A comparison of the strategic leadership of international school administrators by educational qualifications revealed significant differences overall at the .05 level, while work experience remained unchanged. In-depth interviews revealed that strategic leadership of international school administrators requires learning rapidly changing technologies and constantly seeking knowledge to keep up with the changes. Furthermore, the organization supports administrators in attending training courses to develop new skills. School administrators must possess in-depth knowledge of the organization they manage, and they must have faith in the teachings of the Church.
