CONFLICT MANAGEMENT OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORSIN PHANOM SARAKHAM DISTRICT UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE, CHACHOENGSAO

Abstract
(The purposes of this research were 1) to examine the level of conflict management of school administrators in Phanom Sarakham District under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Chachoengsao Province; and (2) to compare the conflict management of school administrators in Phanom Sarakham District under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Chachoengsao Province, classified by gender, educational level, age, and work experience. The sample group consisted of 212 teachers in Phanom Sarakham District under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Chachoengsao Province.The sample was selected through stratified random sampling proportional to the population, followed by simple random sampling. Data were collected using a five-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of .86. Data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, while differences among groups were examined using the t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA).
The results were as follows
The overall. the conflict management of school administrators was high in all aspects, with collaboration ranked highest, followed by accommodation, and competition ranked lowest.
The comparison of conflict management of school administrators in Phanom Sarakham District under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Chachoengsao Province showed that, overall, conflict management classified by gender, educational level, age, and work experience did not differ significantly at the statistical level.
