School Administration Model of Effective Enrichment Program in School under the Secondary Educational in Bangkok Province

Abstract
The purposes of research were to 1) Study the needs assessment in organizing effective teaching and learning of effective enrichment program in school under the secondary educational in Bangkok province 2) Develop of school administration model of effective enrichment program, and 3) Evaluate the school administration model of effective enrichment program. The research procedure 3 steps. Step 1: Studying the needs assessment in organizing effective teaching and learning of effective enrichment program. Step 2: Developing of school administration model of effective enrichment program. And Step 3: evaluating the appropriateness. The research findings respective that: 1. The current conditions to develop the school administration model of effective enrichment program. Overall and each aspect was at moderate level. The expected conditions to develop the school administration model of effective enrichment program, overall and each aspect was at the highest level. 2. The school administration model of effective enrichment program consisted of 10 components, including: 1) leadership of administrators, 2) quality science and mathematics teachers, 3) selection of students with special abilities in science and mathematics, 4) networking and participation, 5) personnel management, 6) creation of effective strategic plans, 7) science and mathematics curricula that facilitate student learning, 8) media use and innovative technology, 9) measurement and evaluation that promotes science and mathematics, and 10) results from the management of educational institutions that teach classrooms. 3. Results Evaluation of the school administration model of effective enrichment program and Guideline Handbook in components of accuracy, appropriateness, and feasibility overall was at the highest level.
