Model of teaching Management in Industrial Technology Faculty Under Rajabhat University

Abstract

The research aims to create model of teaching Management in Industrial

technology  Faculty  Under Rajabhat University. The research divided into 3 steps. Step 1 Creating conceptual framework studying of the concept, theory, principle, method about the studying from the document, textbook, article and other researches. Step 2 Drafting model to apply the educating data from step 1 to draft model and ask the feedback opinions from the experts by Delphi Technique. The experts are the professionals, executives and instructors from 17 people. And step 3 are checking the appropriate model by asking the opinions from the executives and instructors in Industrial Technology Faculty under Rajabhat University from 148 people. The research instruments are 1) Delphi Technique questionnaire used 1 set. 2) Checking model questionnaire used 1 set. The data analysis, statistic used for data analysis are percentage, average, standard deviation, median and quartile deviation.

The research result found model of Teaching Management in Industrial

technology  Faculty  Under Rajabhat University  had 1) Curriculum as developing curriculum that agreed with the needs, the curriculum evaluation and administrative. 2) The instructors are recruiting instructors, setting missions, evaluating the performance and instructors development. 3) Teaching procedure are lesson plans preparation, syllabus preparation, schedule arrangement, instructors teaching arrangement, teaching methods and remedial program. 4) Students are students selection, cooperative developing by students and characteristics of graduates. 5) Measurement and evaluation are the measuring and evaluating criteria and authentic correspondent with the measurement and evaluation. 6)  Supporting inputs are buildings, library, teaching materials, stadium and nursing room.
