The Database System for Spare Parts Product Management in Maintenance Division and Order Predictions with Mathematical Techniquesof an Industrial Establishment in Lopburi Province

Abstract

          This research study aimed to design and produce Database Management System for collecting the data used in spare parts room in maintenance division of the firm. Microsoft Access 2016, which is able to increase, decrease, edit, search and display the data, was applied for the program development. The research samplings were selected by using purposive sampling technique.  Three users were the instructors and two users were the staffs who utilize the program in their carrier. After the data analyzed collected from the questionnaires evaluated. The result reveals that the evaluations for spare parts room is in a high level of satisfactions at 4.32. In addition, the researcher has created a algorithm for predicting order balances with basic mathematical techniques, that the factory can use the research results to plan for more efficient management of product information, spare parts and maintenance.
