The Study the State of the Problems and Guideline for Education Management of Graduate School, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to Study the State of the problems and guideline for education management of Graduate School, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University. The populations and respondents were 79 persons of administrators, instructors and officers in the faculty of graduate school and 7 persons of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs or the experts of the graduate school had experience at least 4 years. The research instruments were five level rating scale questionnaires, semi-structured interview. The statistics used for data analysis were average, standard deviation and content analysis.

          The research finding found that:  The education management of graduate school, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University in the overall was at a moderate level, when considering in aspects found that the highest problem was the curriculum management aspect, the instructors and officer aspect, public relations and promotion marketing aspect were at the middle level and the least problem was the expense for education. The second step was studying the guideline for education management of Graduate School, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University in the overall found that there was the guideline for education management of curriculum had guidelines followed by 1) should have reconsidering of curriculum development followed the period time of curriculum 2) should have the organization that took care or responded of the Graduate School aspect directly 3) should have the officers  to take care of Graduate School aspect directly. 4) should have planning for the instructors responded the curriculum and instructors of the curriculum aspect for brainstorming about the curriculum management.
