The Guidelines for Management of Online Teaching and Learning of Sarasas Witaed Lanna School, Muang Distrlct, Chiang Mai Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the current situation of online teaching and learning administration. of Sarasas Witaed Lanna School, 2) to study the management guidelines of online teaching and learning of Sarasas Witaed Lanna School, Muang District, Chiang Mai Province. This study was a qualitative research. There were 15 key informants and focus groups with 11 people. The research tools were unstructured interviews, the content analysis and descriptive presentation.

                     The results showed that

          1) The current state of administration of online teaching and learning of Sarasas Witaed Lanna School, Muang District, Chiang Mai Province found that a lack of management efficiency according to the roles and responsibilities of school administrators on a continuous basis and to be used clearly, more complete meaning by continuing.

          2) The guidelines for administration of online teaching and learning of Sarasas Witaed Lanna School, Muang District, Chiang Mai Province, it found that teachers must realize and pay attention to the content that will be contained in the lesson, there was the content analysis that will be used to produce the lesson, correlation grading before and after, in line with the content, there is an interesting teaching design that can make innovative by oneself and design to achieve the intended results.
