The Academic Administration in the 21 st Century of School Under the Department of Local Administration, Ban Hong District and Wiang Nong Long District Lamphun Province

Abstract
This research aims to 1) study the state of academic administration in the 21st century of educational institutions under the Department of Local Administration, Ban Hong and Wiang Nong Long Districts, Lamphun Province, and 2) study the guidelines for developing academic administration in the 21st century of educational institutions under the Department of Local Administration, Ban Hong and Wiang Nong Long Districts, Lamphun Province. The research design is a mixed-method research. The samples used in the research are school directors, teachers, and parents of students of educational institutions under the Department of Local Administration, Ban Hong and Wiang Nong Long Districts, Lamphun Province, in the academic year 2023, consisting of 2 schools: Lamphun Provincial Administrative Organization School, Pa Puai, and Wang Phang Municipality School. The sample consists of 100 people, using simple random sampling, and 14 informants in the focus group discussions. The research instruments are questionnaires with a reliability of 0.86 and focus group discussions using content analysis. The statistics used for data analysis are percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The results of the research found that:
1) The state of academic administration in the 21st century of educational institutions under the Department of Local Administration Local government, Ban Hong and Wiang Nong Long districts, Lamphun province, overall at a high level.
2) Guidelines for the development of academic administration in the 21st century of educational institutions under the Department of Local Administration, Ban Hong and Wiang Nong Long districts, Lamphun province, found that 2.1) In terms of curriculum development, there should be a planning meeting and a working group appointment to develop the curriculum of the educational institution effectively. 2.2) In terms of teaching and learning management, teachers should be supported in finding and producing modern and diverse teaching media to ensure quality learning. 2.3) In terms of measurement and evaluation: there should be a planning meeting and a committee appointment to create procedures that are consistent with the guidelines of the Office of the Basic Education Commission. 2.4) In terms of educational supervision, a committee should be appointed to operate and a calendar and clear supervision criteria should be set so that teachers have the same understanding. 2.5) In terms of technology development and use: there should be training for teachers to have knowledge in producing and using technological media for teaching and learning, including promoting teachers to produce and develop innovative media for learning.
