The Development of a Model for Supervision Education Management to Raise Achievements of Sanam Luang Dhamma Examination of the Sunday Buddhist Study Center at Wat Ban Khun, Chiang Mai Province

Abstract
This research aimed 1) to examine the conditions of supervision education management, 2) to build the model for supervision education management to raise achievement in Sanam Luang Dhamma examination, 3) to try out the management model for supervision education management to raise achievement in Sanam Luang Dhamma examination, and 4) to evaluate the management model for supervision education management to raise achievement in Sanam Luang Dhamma examination in the Buddhist Sunday Center of Wat Ban Khun in Chiang Mai Province. This study was a research and development (R & D). The sample were 116 people and 6 experts. The research tools included questionnaires, interview, evaluation forms. Data were analyzed by finding frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation and content analysis.
The results revealed that:
1) Administrators should prepare the teachers to participate in planning meetings and organize supervision projects together; the average was less than other operations.
2) The model for managing supervision education to raise achievement in Sanam Luang Dhamma Examination, which consisted of 4 elements: 1. study of the current situation, problem analyze and needs of the educational institution. 2. Supervision planning. 3 Supervision operations. And 4 Evaluation and inspection of supervision results with conditions, including leadership, environment, information systems, cooperation of teachers and personnel from all departments, teamwork, and materials.
3) Every component was appropriate and consistent with the objectives of internal supervision work and consistent with management principles and theories, the operation of internal supervision was feasible.
4) The evaluation results of educational management model for supervision in order to raise achievement in Sanam Luang Dhamma Examination found that the overall level was at a high level in terms of usefulness, consistency, appropriateness, and feasibility.
