Development of an Academic Administration Model in Teaching and Learning Management by Using the Professional Learning Community (PLC) Innovation of Phrapariyattidhammaprajaiyavongsabadhana School, Li District, Lamphun Province

Abstract
This research aims to 1) Study the problems of academic administration in teaching and learning of Phrapariyattitham Phrachaiyawongsapatthana School. 2) Create a model for developing academic administration in the area of teaching and learning using the PLC innovation principles of Phrapariyattitham Phrachaiyawongsaphattana School. 3) Test the model and 4) Evaluate the results of the model development. It is research and development. The group of informants included administrators, deputy administrators, and teachers, totaling 10 people. Tools included interview forms. Group discussion Experimental evaluation form and assessment form Data analysis includes mean and standard deviation.
The research results found that:
1) The school's academic administration environment encourages teachers and personnel to use research processes in student development. create cooperation strong Participate and take responsibility for the development of the school's academic administration.
2) The results of creating an academic administration model for teaching and learning have been confirmed by the Mastered by group discussion, there are 4 steps: Plan-Do-Check-Act and SC-Model consisting of support and shared leadership. Collaborative learning and knowledge application Use PLC innovation principles to create a professional learning community.
3) Experimenting with the academic administration model for teaching and learning management using the PLC innovation principle was applied to the target group in the research. In carrying out the activities of the Academic Administration Department during September 2022
4) The results of the evaluation of the academic administration model using the PLC innovation principle found that the academic administration aspect In terms of teaching and learning management Working together and communication After using the format more than before using the format. and overall satisfaction was assessed at the highest level of satisfaction
