Guidelines for the development of the process of building a professional learning community to enhance the competency of learning management of teachers at Wat Pa Phaeng Municipal School Chiang Mai Province

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the approaches to develop a process for building a professional learning community to promote competency. Learning management for teachers at Wat Pa Pang Municipal School Chiang Mai Province Research and Development (R & D) model. The population is 453 teachers and personnel of Wat Pa Pang Municipal School in the academic year 2021. The research tools are observational form, interview form and questionnaire. Statistics used to analyze data consisted of content analysis, mean, and section. standard deviation and presented the results by describing

          The results showed that

1.        The results of the study of the current condition of the teachers' performance according to the learning community building process revealed that teachers still need to improve and develop. But the work can be accomplished until the goal is achieved.


2.        The results of finding ways to develop a community process of professional learning of teachers were found to consist of 5 aspects: 1) Support and co-leadership 2) Create shared values and visions 3) Provide a conducive environment 4) Join to learn and apply. and 5) exchange experiences


3.        The results of the study of the results of the teacher's learning community process development were found that the overall level was at a high level. The likelihood is high. The model has a performance value. and overall appropriateness


4.        The results of evaluation and development of guidelines for the development of community learning process of teachers found that overall satisfaction was at the highest level.


5.        The result of re-evaluation to confirm the performance according to the teacher's community process development methodology found that the result of the performance verification was appropriate for the model.


6.        The result of the evaluation and development of guidelines for the development of the learning community process of the teachers found that the overall satisfaction was at the highest level.
