Understanding of civil servants at Bonkai fire station towards the correspondence work

Abstract

The objective of this study focuses on The Understanding of Documentary Works of Bonkai Fire Station Officers, and the development of clerks of such an office by surveying the opinions of 48 selected samples. The data collected are analyzed
and interpreted by descriptive statistics through frequency, percentage, Mean, standard deviation. The result reveals that most of them are males, aged over 40 years, undergraduate, work in operational levels, officially experienced less than
5 years and in 11 – 15 years are equal, monthly earned in 20,001 – 25,000 baht. On the levels of understanding, the medium levels are in general found, in particular, the high one has in official letters, the medium one has in the scope of clerks, and the medium one has in documentary archives.
